Banana Avocado Breakfast Smoothie

  • 4 soft dates
  • a handful of kale or other raw, organic greens
  • two small ripe bananas (or one large)
  • a ripe medium avocado (or half a large)
  • 2 cups of water
  • a bit of ice
Method
Blend in a powerful blender for 45 seconds to a minute…or use softer greens like spinach in your average blender….until creamy and smooth. Don’t over-mix or it will whip into cream. If its too dense, add more water and blend for a second.
