        1/4c vinegar and
        1/2c of warm water.

 
 Soak feet for 10 minutes and when you take them out the dead skin will practically wipe away

YOUR MORNING DRINK without the nervous jittery effects like coffee.


Ingredients:
- 1 cup pineapple (aids digestion and rich in vitamin C and manganese which are natural energizers)
- 1 orange (helps combat fatigue)
- 1 grapefruit (Helps reduce fatigue and boost your metabolism - a similar effect that coffee has)
- 1 lemon (natural electrolytes, and a bitter taste that helps wake you up)
- 2 inches ginger (brings mental clarity and focus)

Juice (or blend if you don't have a juicer - if this is the case, then shred the ginger into the blender to avoid large chunks) and serve!

Homemade Ice cream recipe

                                    
Here's an easy, healthy and fresh way to make icecreams *home made* Ingredients and directions on how to make Pineapple banana, spicy mango, strawberry banana and zippywild blueberry ice cream below. All you need is a blender :)

Pineapple Banana2 fresh bananas
1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup maple (or agave) syrup

Spicy Mango
1 1/2 cups frozen mango
1 fresh banana
1/3 cup lemon (or lime) juice
1/2 cup maple (or agave) syrup
a few dashes of cayenne powder

Strawberry Banana
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1 1/2 bananas (fresh)
1/4 cup lemon (or lime) juice
1/3 cup maple (or agave) syrup
Zippy Wild Blueberry
1 1/2 cups frozen wild blueberries
1/2 cup lemon (or lime) juice
1/2 cup maple (or agave) syrup
1 fresh banana
1/2 tsp ginger powder or grated fresh ginger
